Flowing River Conflict Solutions™

Why Flowing River?
I love nature, always have. I’m particularly drawn to water and have lived close to it all my life. My fondest memories growing up involved playing in the local river and working to protect it. Now, I’ve expanded that relationship and look to it to reflect, to be inspired, and to connect with something bigger than myself.
Conflict is like a river in so many ways. Like a river, it is natural. It is dynamic. It cannot be fully controlled. It can escalate and deescalate like rapids and tranquil pools. As someone attempts to navigate it, they can go it alone, but it’s much more effective to do it with the help of others. And, like a river, one can feel incredibly accomplished after each successive trip.
At Flowing River Conflict Solutions, my mission is to help you navigate the twists and turns of conflict effectively and constructively.
I do this through:
-
Needs Assessment
-
Training Design & Development
-
Meeting & Workshop Facilitation
-
Coaching
